Call Accounting of institution stored telephone call records.
The system provides for the monitoring of call records from the telephone switch allowing personnel to analyze the stored call records and to produce 50 various reports.
The system will generate management usage reports on demand, sorted by station, department and other available classifications.
The use of the already existing in-house telephone switch (PABX) makes installation and hookup simplified. A standard RS232 serial communication link is all that is required.
